Dutch Intrastat Reporting

Intrastat declaration is a static declaration for customs, among others, of goods traffic within the European Union. Unlike the EC list, services are not included. In addition, the Intrastat report contains a more extensive display including identification number, reference period, nature of the movement, goods (Intrastat code), value, quantity, partner Member State, nature of the transaction and country of origin.

You must submit a declaration to Statistics Netherlands before the tenth working day after the end of the calendar month. You only need to make a Intrastat declaration above a certain amount. If you trade lots of products within the European Union, you have to deal with several barriers.
